Answer

There are a number of ways to find appropriate content in your discipline.

Library databases: A great place to start, you can narrow our list of databases by division or database type, including articles, ebooks, and streaming video.

Summon: The search bar at the top of all Library Services and Learning Commons webpages allows you to search all of the library databases and free online news and scholarly content at once. If you're not sure which database to use, or you're looking for a broad range of content types, Summon might be your best bet. Limiting tools allow you to narrow to content types, subjects, disciplines, and more.

Open Educational Resources: Try searching the world of freely available online content created by educators around the world.

Finding this content can be daunting. If you need guidance, contact your liaison librarian: https://learningcommons.dccc.edu/researching-citing-instruction/collection
