It depends on your needs.
- HTML Full Text will give you text on the screen. This is usually a smaller file, and it's screen readable. Sometimes images are excluded.
- PDF Full Text will give you a file with all the fonts, images, and layout that the publisher intended. For some people PDFS are easier to read when they're printed.
